Ethan Tang

Ethan Tang is a driven and ambitious fourth-year student at the University of California, San Diego, where he is majoring in Business Psychology and a minoring in Business Economics. He holds honesty, loyalty, and kindness as core values and is deeply interested in understanding the diverse paths to success in the business world. He is dedicated to personal growth and actively seeks out opportunities to learn and develop at his university, whether it be through internships, networking events, or extracurricular activities.

Growing up around his father's company sparked a passion for entrepreneurship in Ethan, who made his first sale at just 9 years old. This passion led him to open a brick-and-mortar sneaker store, Sidewalk Los Angeles, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience solidified his interests within the business world and he now focuses on his collegiate career while exploring his next venture. He is constantly seeking out new opportunities to gain experience and make connections in the industry.

In his free time, Ethan is a versatile and curious learner, with interests ranging from investing and cars to computers. He is also a food and travel enthusiast, who enjoys trying new dishes and going on long drives while listening to music. He is equally comfortable planning trips with friends and embracing spontaneous adventures. Being in Alpha Kappa Psi has given Ethan a sense of community, as he is surrounded by like-minded individuals who share his passion for business and he feels very blessed to be apart of such a supportive and inspiring group
